By downloading or using Kalairo, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with applicable law or Apple's required terms, those controlling terms apply.
Reflective astrology guidance
Kalairo presents astrology as a symbolic, reflective planning tool. Astrology is not scientifically validated as a method for predicting events or outcomes. Scores, windows, interpretations, and alerts do not guarantee success and should not be treated as factual predictions.
Relationship boundaries
Relationship features describe symbolic timing conditions and natal patterns. They do not know another person's feelings, diagnose a relationship, determine compatibility, replace communication, or imply consent.
Professional decisions
Kalairo is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or emergency advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when a decision could materially affect health, safety, finances, rights, or wellbeing.
Your information
You are responsible for entering information you have the right to use and for keeping your device secure. If you add another person's birth information, use it respectfully and in accordance with applicable law.
Subscriptions
Any subscription price, trial, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm payment. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies. Features and availability may change as Kalairo evolves.
Availability
Kalairo may depend on Apple system services, device capabilities, network access for geocoding or purchase verification, and supported operating-system versions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
Kalairo's visual design, original text, software, scoring presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software and Apple services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Apple Standard EULA
Kalairo is intended to use Apple's Standard EULA unless a custom agreement is supplied in App Store Connect. Read the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
